  • Thursday, 16 June at 6 pm: SOLD OUT!!  Bloomsday: Untold Stories  -  On the 100th anniversary of Ulysses, the Consulate General of Ireland, in partnership with the University of Sydney, hosts Irish-Australian women's arts ensemble, The Prankqueans  for a night of music, spoken word and song, including a poetry reading by Anne Casey.​ This is a live in-person event at the Seymour Centre,  Cleveland Street, Chippendale, Sydney.   • Thursday 7 July at 6-8 pm: Poetica Petit Poetry Night - hosted by Miriam Hechtman with featured poet, Anne Casey and live music by Huck Hastings. This is a live in-person event at the Woollahra Gallery at Redleaf, Double Bay, Sydney. Book tickets.








  • Monday, 11 July at 6 pm Colombia time (Tuesday, 12 July at 9 am Sydney time): 32nd Medellin International Poetry Festival - poetry reading by featured poet, Anne Casey with translation into Spanish.   • Thursday, 22 September - 10 am to 3.30 pm: Poetry On The Move Symposium - presented as part of Poetry on The Move Festival  hosted by the Centre for Creative and Cultural Research, University of Canberra and taking place at the Gorman Arts Centre, Canberra.   • Wednesday, 26 October - 6.30 pm:Samhain  - celebrating the ancient Irish festival, precursor to Halloween with poetry, song, dance and spoken word - featuring the Prankqueans  and special guest, Colm Keegan, and including poetry readings by Anne Casey. Hosted by the Consulate General of Ireland, this is a live, in-person show taking place at the State Library of New South Wales, Macquarie Street, Sydney.   • Sunday, 30 October - 6.30 pm: Samhain  - celebrating the ancient Irish festival, precursor to Halloween with poetry, song, dance and spoken word - featuring the Prankqueans  and special guest, Lyndsay Urquhart, and including poetry readings by Anne Casey. Hosted by the Irish Australasian Association, this is a live in-person show taking place at the Gaelic Club, Level 1, 64 Devonshire Street, Surry Hills, Sydney.   • Sunday, 27 November - 2-6 pm: ​Women of Words hosted by Janette Hoppe, featuring poetry readings by Anne Casey, Ali Whitelock, Jacinta Durney and Jodi Vial plus the launch of 'Women of Words' anthology - live in-person at Hudson Street Hum, 7 Hudson Street, Hamilton, New South Wales, Australia. Funds raised at this event will be donated to local refuges that support women and children escaping domestic violence.
